A significant part of our practice is to provide off-site accounting department and related services to entities that require a high level of accounting expertise and internal controls. Our services include processing accounts payable, invoicing, payroll and employee benefits, maintaining general ledgers, producing financial statements, regulatory and tax reporting, trust compliance and CFO functions.

We are seeking new team member with the following attributes:

  • Intermediate knowledgeable of financial accounting

  • Intermediate Excel user
  • General ledger experience
  • 5 years + experience
  • Bachelore's degree in accounting

Areas of responsibility:

  • Direct communication with client management
  • Enter or review client accounts payable
  • Process client payroll, including/communication with client
  • Prepare payroll returns
  • Monthly/quarterly account analysis to support financial statements
  • Various other reports required by contracts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assist with client employee benefit program management
